Ingredients
- (1 lb) Ground Beef
- (1) Egg
- (1/2 cup) Bread Crumbs
- (1 tbsp) Worcestershire sauce
- (1 tsp) Dried Dill Weed
- (1/2 cup) Granulated Onion
- (1/2 cup) Granulated Garlic
- (1/2 tsp) Salt
- (1/2 tsp) Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- (1 tsp) Vegetable Oil
- (1) Small Yellow Onion, thinly sliced
- (8oz) Sliced Mushrooms
- (2 tbsp) Flour
- (2 cups) Beef Broth
- (2 cups) Beef Broth
Directions
- Combine Ground Beef with egg, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, dill weed, granulated onion, granulated garlic, salt and pepper in a medium bowl, mixing lightly but thoroughly.
- Lightly shape beef mixture into four 1/2-inch-thick patties.
- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot.
- Place patties in skillet; cook 5 to 6 minutes per side.
- Remove patties from skillet; set aside and keep warm.
- Add sliced onion and mushroom to skillet; cook and stir 4 to 5 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low; sprinkle flour over onion mixture. Cook 2 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Add beef broth.
- Return patties to skillet; continue cooking until sauce has thickened and reduced slightly.
- Serve patties with gravy.
